Yes. We specialize in providing revolving Spec Lines of Credit (typically 5-year terms) designed specifically for builders managing multiple concurrent projects. 

You can qualify with as few as five completed houses. If you have less experience, we can often use the track record of a qualified General Contractor to help you meet eligibility requirements. 

NO. Other than the upfront fee which will not exceed 2.5% of the line amount, we charge NO OTHER FEES. We do NOT charge “Dutch Interest” (interest on undrawn funds) or prepayment penalties. Even if the loan goes into default, there are NO default fees and we do NOT increase the rate of interest.
